2.2.1 06-073 - Signals allocating to incorrect functions. (CASS)

Fixes were put into both the CASS compiler as well as the Signal Resource Allocator to rectify this situation. A problem with signal count within the Signal Resource Allocator was causing this problem. That has been fixed.

2.2.2 06-080 – Power operation not functioning correctly (ESTS)

"10 ** -5" was yielding zero as the result. The function was fixed in the compiler and now yields the correct result
