TYX Corporation provides the following statements regarding Year 2000 Compliance:
TYX Corporation hereby warrants that the functionality of the Professional ATLAS Work Station, (PAWS®), product line will not be affected by the Year 2000 date change. TYX Corporation further assures that the PAWS software will operate prior to, during, and after the Year 2000 date change.
The PAWS product line utilizes a commercial software license manager whose vendor has provided a similar statement of Year 2000 assurance to TYX Corporation.
TYX Corporation has diligently analyzed and tested the PAWS software for Year 2000 compliance and, in the highly unlikely event of PAWS software malfunction, TYX will make every effort to provide an expeditious resolution.
TYX Corporation has implemented an IEEE 716 Std. Proposal that provides an ATLAS definition to address date deficiencies. This implementation occurred in release 3.14.1 of IEEE 716 / 1989 compilers and the ARINC / 626 compilers.
TYX is aware that certain operating systems, such as HP UX 8.0, are not year 2000 compliant; users on such operating systems need to consider migration as their alternative.
